API should return createdDate of pads

It would be nice if Etherpad Lite stored the createdDate info and returned it in teh API

Actually it should really return "lastEdited" value.. I can't remember why I needed this feature, prolly for the bigexample.php page I put together..

I think this could be useful. Datetime info already appears in the Timeslider UI. If it was available through the API for each pad revision, a more detailed "timeslider" or history could be constructed using the API.
