Searching for plugins results in "An error occurred: getaddrinfo ENOENT - the server log might know more..." #1542

Description

@Wikinaut

When I access the /admin/plugins page in my enterprise intranet, plugin search started but returns after some seconds with message

"An error occurred: getaddrinfo ENOENT - the server log might know more..."

We need a proxy to connect to the internet, but this setting appeared corrrectly set up in npm:

npm config ls -l
npm config list

This is (in my view) not an Etherpad error, but more likely an npm issue, but I am not sure.

Can anyone assist ? Have you seen this message, too ?
