Etherpad does not have a responsive UI

I'm using an Etherpad instance through Piratenpad by German pirate party and discovered it being unresponsive on my eeePC (800x480).

Hence, I am going to patch the pad.css by replacing fixed values (px) with responsive values (em) whereever it is assigned to a non-image property.

As long as bug #2077 does not deal with another app, it may benefit from it, too.

Since my draft depends on only one size (font-size of html that is), the images need to be responsive as well. Shall I open a ticket once I'm ready so far?

Make sure you test your changes against the latest git develop commit and ideally against #2298

Looks a bit rude to me to quickly close the issue.

Anyway, when browsing to 0.0.0.0:9001/tests/frontend I am facing:
