ReferenceError: window is not defined

Unfortunately I haven't checked which git head I was running before but as on its current state (e93d607) I receive the following error for some plugins (the following as an example)

(fresh database, fresh setup, no other modules installed)

I also experience this issue, and it seems to make those plugins unusable..

Please file this issue on the plugins repo assuming it's just a few that's broken.

This is a benign bug in core Etherpad, caused by calling require() on plugin files that are only meant to be loaded in the browser. I'm reopening because the errors annoy me and I'm going to fix it. 🙂
