Thanks @elaineo

How it works btw? How can we get actual bcEIP150Test.json from this Filler now?

Tried to add bcEIP150Test.json to geth, but got following error:
block_test.go:222: EIP150: Block #8 insertion into chain failed: invalid receipt root hash. received=15a0fdcfa6b9ca1fe8f24db8c4c262fb385dfb4bb6325315dad210af122e8efe calculated=09486c7fb2f30a316a161c29ef52ffbbda8066f66a0592fcfcb722603f26b2da

@Elaine you can try to put it into go-ethereum, near existing bcEIP150Test.bak.json file and run ./build/env.sh go test ./tests

@splix Sorry, still tracking this down. I think that testeth is not generating the test correctly from the filler file (or, more likely I am not using testeth correctly). Even the simple transition tests I try to generate from existing filler files generate errors. I'm going to see if I can get some assist from the creators of testeth, since we're behind on tests.
