This PR adds new "overview" pages for:

  • Consolidation Requests

    • shows consolidation stats (number of consolidations, consolidating balance & queue estimation)
    • preview for recent consolidation requests & queue
      image

  • Withdrawal Requests

    • shows withdrawal stats (request counts, pending partial withdrawals & amount, partial withdrawals queue estimation)
    • preview for recent withdrawal requests & queue
      image

  • Exits

    • shows exit stats (number of requests, exiting count & balance, queue estimation)
      image
