Document other algorithms

@EnTeQuAk opened up the API to use algorithms other than hmac-sha256. Reflect that in the README file.

See the attached PR for an example, not sure how through you wanted to document that but since the client-side is already documented in the httpsig package I think it'll be fine just to give a small example.
