Hmm - this merge has conflicts with the current master after merging in #100 and #101 - I guess this branch is not based off the result of those merges. I'm going to close this PR and ask you to resubmit using the |

This splits
tests/fake_sys_classinto a separate repo (ddemidov/ev3dev-lang-fake-sys) and readds it as a submodule. The intention is to use the new repo in other bindings. C++ is what I specifically have in mind, but may be this would be interesting for @WasabiFan as well.
