Feature Request: User managed list of specific notice, for important updates.

As a user, I'd like to be able to manage a package listing that I want specific monitoring on in the notification updates, maybe accented with a more important color, or some means to represent it, or alert about it, before updating it.

I ask for this because, certain updates are critical and can prevent rollback in certain situations. One such example that just happened is dracut 106 to 107 caused a slew of issues to happen that rolling back dracut back to 106 solved. Having linux-lts, and other kernels, linux, linux-zen, etc, caused issues where trying to boot linux-lts, failed. Booting snapshots also failed with a recovery prompt.

It would be nice to make a user definable list of things to monitor, and pay extra attention to to help with this, even if that list is updated for specific purposes at times, due to the mere nature of Arch Linux being rolling release.

This may or may not be needed after looking further. It might still be somewhat useful depending, but, what I did for my workaround for this for the time, is I added Rules, to specific packages, like linux, linux-lts, dracut, etc... That changes the item icon to something like an exclamation mark or something more obvious than the usual. And that at least gives me a warning, that something could happen to the boot process in this update... My personal reason for this.

Important packages will have red names and appear at the top of the list when sorting by repositories.
