'Read article' tooltip stays visible after click

Minor cosmetic glitch - if you click the icon to read a news article the 'Read article' tooltip appears, but then stays on screen when the widget panel closes. You can clear it by opening the widget again and hovering over/out of the icon again - otherwise it stays visible.

Sorry! I just found another one that I don't think your fix will cover ...

The management icon next to the check updates button does the same thing, as it closes the panel - there's a bit more of a delay on this one so you need to intentionally keep the mouse over the small icon for a few seconds whilst you wait for the terminal window to open and the panel to slide closed.

I doubt anyone encounters this in normal use, but whilst you have a fix planned for the news buttons maybe get this in as well?

Apparently, it's a bug related to some buttons that have tooltips when the widget window is closed.
You can reproduce it with standard widgets. For example, in NetworkManager, trigger a tooltip and then close the widget window (using the ESC key) - the tooltip will remain visible.

I added a workaround for two buttons, Management and Upgrade, since pressing them closes the widget window.
