These two exercises depend on Boost Date Time. I converted them to use Catch, but kept the dependency on Boost datetime.
These will require the installation of the Boost date_time library to use, but since they are not core exercises people can skip them if they have issues.
Will merge on April 20th unless something comes up.
See #253 for Catch info, and #224 for reasoning as to why date_time is still a dependency.
