change: modified description.md to match expected output

This makes it so that description.md matches the output expected based off canonical-data.json.

I agree that this makes README match canonical-data. I will not today be expressing an opinion on which of the two possible directions the sync should go in, I only say that this is the correct execution of this direction.

I used to be able to see what tracks had implemented an exercise, but this is more difficult now. I might have liked to examine how tracks are doing it, but without the information it is inconvenient for me to do so (though still possible)

Yes, for better or worse, the tracks that had this exercise in July (the most recent data available) all use the full list of coins rather than the list of counts. Those tracks are
