inf appearing in covariance matrices

I have noticed that for some exoplanets the covariance matrices contain infs.

I looked into the issue and I have fixed it in my own branch. I will push the changes to the repo when I have cleaned up the code but I wanted to raise this as an issue in case anyone is using the code at the moment.
