TYPO3 v13 LTS support status

Hi,

with TYPO3 v13 being the current LTS and v12 community support ending on 30 April 2026, I'd like to ask about the roadmap for cart_paypal:

• Is a v13-compatible release planned?
• Is there a development branch I could already track / test against?
• If the project is in maintenance-only mode, would you accept a PR that bumps the constraints to typo3/cms-core: ^13.4 and extcode/cart: ^11.5 (analogous to what the 7.x branch of cart_pdf already does)?

Current setup for context: TYPO3 12.4, extcode/cart 9.0.1, cart_paypal 6.0.1, preparing a v12→v13 upgrade.
