source of patch binary on windows #1
Description
currently the patch-2.7.6-bin.zip file comes from smanders/externpro as seen in this line https://github.com/externpro/xppatch/blob/v2.7/CMakeLists.txt#L15
this was changed from getting patch 2.5 from sourceforge.net with this commit smanders/externpro@a6bc379
patches were failing on windows smanders/externpro#295 and the fix was to update patch to >= 2.7 smanders/externpro#295 (comment) -- but sourceforge didn't have a newer release of patch available, so patch version 2.7.6 (part of Git for Windows) was zipped up and associated with an externpro release
the enhancement here is to just put the Windows patch executable (and required msys-2.0.dll) in this repo (xppatch) and modify the cmake here to just package it from here -- this would make moving to later releases of patch much easier in the future
