Replace isparte with istanbuljs 2.0 #100
Description
According to Isparte Readme it is not maintained anymore which means that it might result in some issue when babel-core changes so that the current isparta is not working anymore.
I checked istanbuljs and it looks like they have introduced istanbuljs 2.0 which supports babeljs (they have a babel plugin).
