Create-React-App setup with jest and React-Testing library not recognize jsx when run jest

Describe the bug

Run jest with npm run command or jest

src/logo.svg: Support for the experimental syntax 'jsx' isn't currently enabled (1:1):

Jest can not read this part in react init file svg

<svg></svg>

Also the preset react babel is installed but somehow not working in .babelrc looks like this

Did you try recovering your dependencies?

Tried npm ci not working
npm is on 8.8.0

setup .babelrc file with preset-env, preset-react

3. Run Jest

Expected behavior

Transpile JSX should be enable for Jest

Turned out that I set my jest -init as node instead of js-dom
Choose the test environment that will be used for testing › node

Problem solved by using js-dom for correct setup
