Bug description
pyre persistent cannot find existing pyre.bin in although it is already in $PATH.
.
Reproduction steps

1. Create and activate python virtual environment
2. Install pyre
3. Run pyre persistent
4. Pyre finding pyre.bin forever: ƛ No binary specified, looking for pyre.bin in PATH [118.8s]
5. Verify that pyre.bin exists in $PATH and command pyre.bin is available.

Expected behavior
Should find pyre.bin.
