state not set before setState callback from componentWillMount

I think this was alluded to in @yungsters comment just before #93 was merged.

If I call setState in componentWillMount, the setState callback is called before the state has been set. I'm using React v0.10.0.

Good catch. If #1358 and #1363 don't fix this (guessing they won't) then I'll fix this afterwards.
