What the title says, prevents type="blaharmony=trueblatext/jsxbla" from parsing as JSX with harmony.

Also, should we not support just text/jsx;harmony (with =true optional)?

I merged, so I think I'll say I agree 😉 I vaguely remember seeing the spec said you needed a value and everything we've written says to use =true so it's probably fine.
