I merged, so I think I'll say I agree 😉 I vaguely remember seeing the spec said you needed a value and everything we've written says to use |

What the title says, prevents
type="blaharmony=trueblatext/jsxbla"from parsing as JSX with harmony.Also, should we not support just
text/jsx;harmony(with=trueoptional)?
