Fix an over-count when
WritableFileWriter::Flushis called repeatedly in direct I/O mode, updateflushed_size_to the current write offset instead of incrementing blindly, addWritableFileWriterTest.RepeatedFlushWithDirectIOto prove the value stays stable across consecutive flushes.
