Summary: Add a mini version of feedsim_autoscale_dlrm for quick validation runs. Uses fixed QPS (100k), 10s measurement, 5s warmup, deterministic seeds, and no-retry mode. Targets <20s execution time. Configuration-only change — no code modifications needed as all mini and DLRM infrastructure already exists in run.sh and search_qps.sh.
