[Feature request] Add option to disable System Overview stats

I don't particilarly need system stats diplayed in a cron scheduler UI.
I mean it looks good, but it's not needed for me. I have plenty of other things that do that 😉
Would be nice to set a variable SYSTEM_STATS default set to true but that we could disable.

On some hosts it doesn't work and is stuck on "Loading"
(this is when the cronmaster hostname can't be resolved from the container)

I think that's quite valid, especially as it'd probably increase performance given that it's still polling data every 30 seconds for the stats.
