DOCKER=true env?

Hi,
In the main readme and in the example docker-compose.yaml there is the ENV for DOCKER=true
But it is not documented here howto/ENV_VARIABLES.md

Currently, I am running a Docker container without setting this ENV. It looks + feels like everything is fine.
So is Docker=true still required?

Nice spot! The DOCKER env var was deprecated with the 1.5.0 release!!

I forgot to remove it from the readme, thank you for the heads up, I'll sort it out with next release ❤️
