Refactored RecordsEndpoint and SubjectsEndpoint to eliminate code duplication between synchronous and asynchronous methods.

  • RecordsEndpoint: Extracted validation, header construction, and path building into a new private method _prepare_create_request. This simplifies create and async_create methods and ensures consistent behavior.
  • SubjectsEndpoint: Extracted site filtering logic into a new private method _filter_by_site, ensuring that the filtering logic (including type handling for site IDs) is consistent across list_by_site and async_list_by_site.

These changes are structural only and preserve existing behavior, as verified by the test suite.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 734452701826851884 started by @fderuiter

Extract shared logic in `RecordsEndpoint` and `SubjectsEndpoint` to reduce duplication between sync and async methods.

* `RecordsEndpoint`: Created `_prepare_create_request` to handle validation, header building, and path construction.
* `SubjectsEndpoint`: Created `_filter_by_site` to handle site ID filtering logic.

This adheres to DRY principles and improves maintainability.
