The following changes refactor the color management of mxgui, decoupling the concept of bit-depth from pixel format.
I tested different example programs on both qtsimulator and a real board, showing no performance regression on the benchmark example.
I conducted my tests with my branch and a version of mxgui unstable at commit fedetft/miosix-kernel@c505c68
