- Use sanitized RPM_VERSION in Makefile for rpmbuild and tarball creation
- Clean up lint-spec target in Makefile to avoid redundant echo statements while properly injecting .rpmmacros
- Restore Version: %{_version} placeholder in podman-ai-stack.spec
