gulp build not working

Hi @danreeves - this is the standard error you'd get from not running npm run build, so it's worth checking whether something has failed at that step.

It looks like it's working. Could it be something to do with the order of dependency installs?

First I'm installing wagtaildemo requirements.txt, otherwise it's missing things like psycopg2, and then I'm running python setup.py develop in the wagtail dir.
