sometimes we want to center the map slightly different. Therefore we have now the offset for lat and lan. Default would be 0
Define mapLatOffset and mapLngOffset to center the map differently. 0 is default and centers the map like before

The automatically calculated center of the map is sometimes not what I want. With the mapLatOffset and mapLngOffset you can change the center of the map
