Added basic handling for unique in the SetHeader method making use of the current http Header methods in the weekly branch of Go.
Changed SetCookie to be able to accept other cookie settings. Details in comments for that method.
Changes were made from your fork, I have already sent a pull request to hoisie, but thought you might like this stuff just in case hoisie doesn't update any time soon.
