`Z_BUF_ERROR` on some zips

Not sure what the problem is, but if a zip has another zip in it, the unzipper will not extract it (rightfully so, it may be zip-bomb or smt)

We must check our downloaded data to make sure zipping was done correctly before working on a fix for this.
