Prepare a plot.STARLog function

Prepare diagnostic plots for the log files and write then a wrapped around them that provides a tour and what could be later used to prepare a final meta-report.

I prepared two basic plots for the total number of reads and the unique reads, but need to combine them still into a tour/joined S3 plot
