Generated an option to take the geometric mean over 'rec.years' per simulated replicate rather than taking the point estimates from the fit.
The function generates a full new set of Ns and Fs per replicate and uses these as input to the 'recpool'. 'recpool' then becomes a matrix of nosim * rec.years and is subsetted within the 'step' function per replicate.
This function only works when 'deterministic = TRUE' and therefore an auto-set is added including an additional warning on this point. Function still works with only demetermistic=TRUE without recpersim.
