Adds GUI option to merge small pads utilizing "mergepads.py" by fishpepper. Rearranged GUI elements, added help option. Added gerbv direct link for OSX.

- stream file in chunks to the cutter with progress bar - hopeful support for newer cutters (not tested, PID and VID check only)
