I have paused (or rather not unpaused) all my work on GHC-9.12 related issues until haskell/cabal#10836 is resolved. If you want to help, please help cabal-install. I'm fine, but they don't seem to be. |

Tested locally by running tests with
--allow-newer. GHC 9.12 CI will fail untiluuid-typeshas the required revisions.haskell-hvr/uuid#89
