[2.x] On tag pages back button does not go back to page of the discussion

Current Behavior

On /all the back button behavior is correct: If you go down a few pages on the discussion list, then press back, you are returned to the page you clicked from.

However, after entering a discussion from tag discussion list, the user is always returned to the first page when pressing the back button. The behavior is present on discuss.flarum.org. I tested in Firefox and Chrome.

This issue is not present in 1.x.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View tag specific discussion list
2. Press load more a few times
3. Pick a discussion
4. Press back button

Expected Behavior

The back button should take the user to the location in the list they were at previously.
