previously Vivado was installed to $XILINX_INSTALL_PATH/Vivado/$installer_version now it is installed into $XILINX_INSTALL_PATH/$installer_version/Vivado I adapted xilinx_helpers.sh to this changes while trying to maintain backwards compatibility.

xilinx_helpers.shto this changes while trying to maintain backwards compatibility.This should fix the issue corna/com.github.corna.Vivado#19.
