[FR]: Support for non-Flatpak VSCode (and its variants)

What Happened

Currently, the included VSCode bridge Flatpak-packaged versions of VSCode. Host or Snap variants were not supported.

How to Reproduce

I've tried a basic launch script of

flatpak-spawn --host code "$@"

Basic editing works but I haven't tested debugging

The above is also capable of launching Snap's VSCode binary as well.

I previously added some information in the README about this that might provide a stopgap which also works for Zed, for example.

The logic selecting VSCode is located in vscode.py in this repository.

Having VSCode support in the Flatpak specifically invites questions about support for other editors or different configurations which isn't great maintenance-wise - and it's currently also overruling competing editor configurations (#100). On the other hand VSCode is also what Unity supports explicitly in their package, despite them actually supporting SDK-style projects which can work with any editor.
