Covid_19.ipynb

A Colab notebook to display the linked data from Data Repository by Johns Hopkins CSSE Any country can be selected, a quick selection can be made per continent.

The countries need to be added manually when new countries are added to the CSSEGISandData datasets; every day this Colab will be updated with newly added countries. When new countries are added the Colab notebook will inform which countries are missing and provide instructions on how and where to add them.

Special Buttons

Ynormal/log: toggles between normal and log for y-axis, applies to Graph 1, 2 and 3

Xnormal/log: toggles between normal and log for x-axis, applies only to Graph 3

normal/per 1000: toggles between normal and normal/country population * 1000, applies only to Graph 3

toggle continent: (de)selects all the countries of that continent, applies to all graphs
