Chinese style is updated to match the official translation MOD -> Mod, chinese punctuations are used, deleted extra spaces between characters

It seems that the Chinese-simplified translation was lastly updated in #29 over a year ago. With many functions updated and added, it's time to update the translation to match version v2.6.886.
