This pull request adds a new glossary entry for 'Viewport' in glossary.yml and refactors the 'New to Flutter?' section in index.md to point to a centralized learning page. The changes are a good improvement to the documentation. I've left one minor suggestion to remove a trailing whitespace in the new glossary entry for consistency and cleanliness.
