The official git actions goes through all fluxcd repos, which in time will be extremely long and painful to run on each PR. This smoke test will ensure the fuzzer correctness until a new action is in place to run the process as advised by oss-fuzz. Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <paulo.gomes@weave.works>
