Support Jpeg Exif Orientation

What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Add support to JPEG exif orientation. Most work done by @fstrube #1379
Closes #1379

Just changed to be opt out instead of opt in

Edit: It is in the 17.1 release 🙌 could even be in earlier ones 🙌
