Commit view of Stash fails to update

Steps to repro:

1. Click on a stash A in the left sidebar
2. Make sure Commit tab is selected (in the main window lower-right quadrant)
3. Click on another stash B
4. Expand a file in the Commit tab
5. Click on the first stash A, notice the commit tab does not change
6. Click on the commit tab, notice the contents are still for stash B
7. Click any other stash C, notice commit tab updates
8. Click stash A again, notice commit tab does not update

I'll just add that this is present in the new Stash sidebar mode in 2.22, even worse however as if there's only 1 entry in the stash list, you cannot select any other entry to fix the state. Selecting the stash in the main commit list however does work.
