Support for rebase dependent branches (introduced in git 2.38)

Git 2.38 introduces the ability to update dependent branches during a rebase, which has solved a big pain point for our team's branching workflow. We also love the interactive rebase functionality in Fork, but without support for this, we routinely have to go back to the terminal to do our rebases. It would be great for the update-refs rebase to be possible in Fork's interactive rebase feature.

To add some more details:

• git rebase --update-refs can be used to update all branches during a rebase.
• There's also a global rebase.updateRefs option to always update refs during a rebase.
• This is a key component of the "stacked PR" workflow.

This is now supported on Fork 2.61.0 on the Rebase flow. 🎉
Maybe it could also be supported on the Interactive Rebase? 🤔
