When adding lines to gitignore via GUI, for files with hash in name they're not being quoted properly

Hi,

just a small usability issue,

I had some emacs backups in my dir, right-clicked them, "Ignore files", "Custom pattern", see the screenshot.

It previews the files properly, but if I click "Add to gitignore", it will add it as-is. Which means it will add comment.

Perhaps, just perhaps, maybe it should slash-the-hash in the preview?
