During code review it is important not to miss additional information, provided in commit description
Fork only display full message on the "Commit" tab (that is ok). But reviewer (me) need to first look through all commits via "Commit" to discover, which of them contain description. And remember them (pull requests could be with many commits).
Compare it with GitLab, where I can easily see that "this commit has something useful inside":
