Claude commit message functionality broken

Hi,

since a couple of days, I get an error message saying API Error: Rate limit reached when I try to create my commit message with Claude.

My Claude Pro subscription / Claude Code works.
I am <20% in both, weekly and session usage limits.

Is this a general problem / did Antropic change something or is this just my problem?

The commit comment saved me so much time ... I'd like to have it back. ;-)

It works for me. I use it 10 times a day. No one else has reported this problem, I think.

Thanks for confirming. Then, it's on me to find the reason with my setup.
Do you have any ideas what I could try to find out to track down the problem?
How is Fork connected to Claude? Does it use Claude Code under the hood?

I found the reason. I had experimentally switched to sonnet (1M context) in Claude Code and blocked additional expense in my account.

I went back to default, now, and it works, again.
