[Request] Change text when "Checking for updates..." dialog box completes updates

Currently, the "Checking for updates..." dialog box that appears when accessing File > Check for updates... looks like this when applying updates are done.

In my opinion, I think it is a good idea to have the dialog title (where the "Checking for updates..." text is) say "Updates applied." when there are updates and "No new updates." when there are no updates found. This textual change is significant and would give users the impression that updates are indeed completed compared to just making the percentage be 100%, which would make it harder to tell since users may think that the updates are still being applied and aren’t done.

As an update to my previous post, I took the image and edited it in Photoshop and here's how it can look like when updates are applied or there are no updates.

I am using version 1.44.0.0, Windows 10. Activated. The percentage is not changing from 0. I like the dialog that says, you are already using the latest version.

We finally improved the update dialog in Fork 1.47.

That's good, thanks for the improvement!

However, I felt that it should've been more obvious that the program has finished checking for updates. So, how about changing the "Checking for updates..." title text to something else like say "No new updates" when there are no new updates for the program or "Successfully installed an update" when the program has installed one?

EDIT: It would also be a good idea to remove the green progress bar since we're not loading anything after updates are done.
