Bumping eslint to ^10.0.3 here makes the dependency graph internally inconsistent with the React lint plugins in the same change: eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5 and eslint-plugin-react-hooks@7.0.1 both declare peer ranges that stop at ESLint 9 (package-lock.json shows ^... || ^9.7 and ^... || ^9.0.0 respectively). I checked .github/workflows/ci.yml, and CI runs npm ci before lint/test/build, so this mismatch can break installs in stricter npm environments and block the whole workflow; keep ESLint on v9 or upgrade to plugin versions that explicitly support v10.
